What is same day delivery?
Same Day Delivery courier service is to deliver a package on the same day. It is a form of express delivery our customers want, to be able to have their packages delivered on the same day. Same day delivery is also synonymous with one company and one person handling your package, and not a dozen people nor half a dozen companies handling it.
How will I know when my package is delivered?
We give each sender and recipient a POD (Proof of Delivery) receipt. We also send an email with an image of the signed receipt to the sender. And upon request, we can forward an image via MMS, too.
Do you operate 24/7?
Yes, Jinii operates 24/7. However, our office hours are from 8.00am to 6.00pm. We can only book or give quotes over the phone during office hours. We carry out deliveries 24/7 if they are pre-booked during office hours. Our email and website contact forms operate 24/7. We can give quotes via email 24/7.
Can I trust you with my parcel or letter?
All of our drivers are DBS checked. We take security very seriously. We have contracts with the NHS, MOD, Exam Boards and National Banks, and we have had these contracts for past 8 years. Furthermore, our drivers are local and are recognised by the local community.
